Tumbling, barrelling
This is an integral part of the processing in our company. Barrelling is used as the preparation for the further surface treatments.
Barrelling unifies the product surface, removes the sharp edges and by the same time degreases. Due this fact is this operation suitable before the painting or powder coating.
Barrelling is done in the circular vibrating machine Rösler with the automatic separator. There are also the automatic feeder and dryer in the line.
Maximal product size: 30 x 30 x 18 cm
