Grinding
One of our main activities is processing of the Al castings by the machine and manual grinding for the consequent surface treatments.
Machine grinding
We focus on the special belt grinding using the soft contact discs, which allows very fine finish of the Al faces for following surface treatments:
- polishing
- chrome plating
- powder coating
- wet painting
Number of belt grinding machine: 5
Belt sizes: 2000 x 150 or 3500 x 100
Roughness: P 40 – P320
Manual grinding
With regards to the fact that some products need very fine processing we use the manual excentric grinding too.
Number of manual grinding working places: 10
This working places support the maximal quality of the consequent surface treatments.
