Our company secures following casting procedures by our sub-contractors.

Al high pressure die casting

• Closing force: 160 t – 1350 t
• Weight of the casted parts: 0.05 kg – 15.00 kg

Al Gravity die casting

• Weight of the casted parts: 0.20 kg – 5.50 kg

Al Low pressure die casting

• Casting surface till the diam.: 800 mm
• Weight of the casted parts: 0.04 kg – 12.00 kg

Al sand casting

• Till the frame dimension: 2000x2000x450 mm
• Weight of the casted parts: 0.04 kg – 12.00 kg

Our big advantage is that we are familiar with the manufacture posibilities of our suppliers and we can very quickly react on the customer´s demands.

We are processing monthly 40 – 60 000 kg of Al castings and due this fact we can offer lower material part price which customer is not able to reach alone.
