Robotic sealing application

This is very specific production field of our company. We apply by robot liquid one-component and self-hardening materials (silicones, glues). This very accurate method finds its use mainly in electrotechnic and automotive industry. The robot is able to apply the material in the grade of tens of milimeter.

Robotic application to individual parts is carried out on 2 E5V machines from the American company Nordson EFD.

Working area of the robot: 500 x 500 x 150 mm.
